When making Korean jajangmyeon, you need to prepare a small amount of pork belly, cabbage and carrots, as well as red peppers and fresh noodles. You also need to prepare green onions, ginger, pickled radishes and sweet noodle sauce, as well as a small amount of chili powder and soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

1. Chop the cabbage into small cubes and set aside. Chop the pork belly into small cubes. Peel the carrots and wash the bell peppers, then cut them all into cubes. Chop the onion and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

2. Take out the sweet noodle sauce and put it in a bowl. Add appropriate amount of chili powder and a small amount of soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

3. Put oil in the pot, heat it, add chopped scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add diced carrots and diced pork belly and stir-fry until the diced meat turns yellow.

4. Pour the prepared noodle sauce into the pot and stir in one direction. After ten minutes, add the cabbage and diced bell peppers. Continue stir-frying for a while. After the sauce covers the vegetables, you can turn off the heat and the fried sauce is ready.

5. Put water in another pot, bring it to a boil, then put the noodles in and cook. When the noodles are cooked, take them out and rinse them with cold water. Then take them out and drain the water. Put them in a bowl, pour the prepared sauce on them and they are ready to eat.
