How to make homemade pickled carrots

1. Wash the prepared carrots and cut them into thin strips with a knife for later use. Wash the cabbage as well, cut it into thin strips for later use. After cutting them, place them in the sun to dry for a few hours.

2. Wash and cut the ginger into shreds, peel the garlic and cut it into minced garlic, remove the leaves of the celery, wash it and cut it into sections for later use.
