First wash the polished rice and then cook the porridge. When the porridge is almost cooked, add the perilla leaves, ginger and jujubes, and take it while it is hot.

2) Scallion porridge to treat allergic cough. Take 50 grams of rice, five slices of ginger, 5 pieces of scallion with roots, add 5 ml of rice vinegar, and add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge, and drink it while it is hot.
