1) Perilla porridge treats allergic cough. Take 10 grams of perilla leaves and 50 grams of polished rice, plus three slices of ginger and three jujubes. First wash the polished rice and then cook the porridge. When the porridge is almost cooked, add the perilla leaves, ginger and jujubes, and take it while it is hot.

2) Scallion porridge to treat allergic cough. Take 50 grams of rice, five slices of ginger, 5 pieces of scallion with roots, add 5 ml of rice vinegar, and add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge, and drink it while it is hot.

2. Wind-heat cough is also a type of allergic cough. Its main characteristics are coughing, some yellow and sticky phlegm, runny nose, red throat and dry mouth. You should eat some wind-clearing, heat-removing, phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving foods.

2) Olive and radish drink to treat allergic cough. Take 400 grams of olives and 500 grams of radish, add water and boil them into a soup and drink it as tea.

3) Onion and pear juice to treat allergic cough. Take 7 scallions with roots, a pear, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar, add water and boil them.
