To make fried green beans with olives, you can prepare 400 grams of green beans, 50 grams of olives, 100 grams of minced meat, 3 grams of minced garlic, 20 grams of corn starch and a small amount of water and soy sauce.

How to make fried olives and green beans

1. Soak the green beans in salt water for half an hour, take them out, remove the fascia, and cut them into long pieces about five centimeters long for later use.

2. Add a small amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine and other seasonings to the minced meat and marinate it. The marinating time should be between fifteen and twenty minutes. After marinating, add a small amount of oil and cornstarch and mix well for later use.

3. Heat the pan, add cooking oil, then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add minced meat and olives and stir-fry until half cooked. Finally, add green beans into the pan and stir-fry.

4. After putting the green beans into the pot, add a lot of water. After they are cooked, add a small amount of sauce. Continue to stir-fry for one to two minutes, then turn off the heat, take out and serve. A beautiful and delicious olive vegetable fried beans is ready.
