Steps to cook broad beans and pickled cabbage

I usually like to eat sauerkraut the most. My mother often stir-fry broad beans and sauerkraut together, which is especially delicious. So today I will tell you how to make it: Ingredients: 200 grams of fresh broad beans, 100 grams of sauerkraut, four fresh red peppers, and three cloves of garlic.

Appropriate amount of oil, salt and a little chicken essence.

How to make fried broad beans and sauerkraut:

1. Remove the tender shells of broad beans and keep the flesh, sprinkle a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes, rinse and drain;

2. Chop the garlic and cut the red pepper into small circles;

3. Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic to bring out the aroma, then pour in broad beans and stir-fry over high heat, then add sauerkraut and stir-fry together, spray a little water and simmer for a while;

4. Finally, add red pepper, stir-fry until well-flavored, and sprinkle with chicken essence.
