When making shredded shrimp and radish at home, you need to prepare 200 grams of fresh shrimp, one white radish, and an appropriate amount of green beans.

How to make shredded shrimp and radish

1. Wash the prepared fresh shrimps with clean water, remove the shrimp shells and set aside, then use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread from the back of the shrimp.

2. Add salt, starch and cooking wine to the processed shrimps, mix well with chopsticks and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Put the removed shrimp shells and a small amount of shredded ginger into the pot, then add appropriate amount of cooking oil, turn on the heat and cook until the shrimp shells turn red and emit fragrance.

4. After taking out the shrimp shells, add appropriate amount of water and set aside. Put the shredded radish into the pot and stir-fry. After it changes color, pour the water in the shrimp shells into the pot and then add the shrimps and cook together. After boiling, cook for about five minutes.

5. Put the green beans in and cook until done. Then add salt and pepper to season. After mixing well, remove from the heat directly and place in a bowl. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded green onion on top. Now a plate of delicious shrimp and radish is ready to eat.
