Steps to make pickled pepper cabbage

1. Wash the prepared cabbage with clean water and tear it into large pieces by hand for later use. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices for later use.

2. Heat peanut oil in a wok to 70% hot, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then put the cabbage slices into the wok and stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft before adding the prepared pickled peppers.
