Method 1

1. Put the black rice into the container

8. Put the cooked black rice, glutinous rice (jiangmi), rock sugar, white fungus and appropriate amount of fried black sesame seeds into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about half an hour. Stir from time to time during the simmering process and skim off the foam.

9. After the porridge is cooked, add appropriate amount of sugar osmanthus while it is hot and stir well. In summer, you can add more water when cooking, so that the cooked porridge can be drunk as a beverage after cooling or chilling. In other seasons, it is recommended to use an appropriate amount of water, so that the porridge is soft, sweet and tastes good.
