How to make pickled cucumbers

Cucumber, also known as courgette or cucumber, belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family and is widely planted throughout the country. Cucumber is very common in our daily life. It can be eaten raw or fried. It is refreshing and crispy, and is the first choice for many people to whet their appetite. Cucumber is a cool food. How to make pickled cucumbers

1. Prepare the ingredients: cucumber, carrot, green apple, ginger, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, chili powder, fish sauce, and other ingredients according to your taste. If you don't like carrots and green apples, you don't have to add them.

2. Wash the cucumber and carrot and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces. Pour everything into a fresh-keeping bowl and mix them. Add salt and stir. Cover with a lid (you can also cover with plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for half an hour.

3. Peel the ginger and garlic, put them into a garlic press and mash them together. Peel the green apple, cut it into small pieces, and also put them into a garlic press and mash them together.

4. Mix the mashed garlic, ginger, and apples, add dried chili powder, salt, MSG, and sugar and stir evenly, then add appropriate amount of white vinegar and fish sauce and stir evenly.

5. Take out the pickled cucumbers, drain the water, pour the mixed sauce into it and mix well, cover it again and put it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after 2 hours. It should be taken out immediately when eating, and it is not advisable to leave it for too long, which will affect the taste.
