Introduction to Stir-fried Gourd

Gourd, also known as gourd, pot, and boat, is the fruit of the gourd plant. It belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family. Gourd is an annual vine herb. It is also known as gourd, flat cattail, and gourd. The young and tender fruit is edible.

Ingredients for stir-fried gourd

500g gourd, 10g dried shrimp, minced garlic, salt

How to stir-fry gourd

1. Peel the melon and cut it into thick strips. Put it into boiling water and blanch it until it is slightly soft but still has a texture. Remove from the water and drain. Wash and drain the dried shrimps and set aside.

2. Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, add the dried shrimps and minced garlic from step 1 and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add the squash strips prepared in step 1 to step 3 and stir-fry briefly, then season with salt and mix well.
