Easy recipe for chili sauce

The characteristics of chili sauce are spicy and fragrant. Here are two simple methods of making chili sauce:

200g dried chili pepper, a little white sesame seeds, a little minced garlic, and some pepper powder

1. Wipe the dried chili with a cloth, do not let it get wet, remove the seeds, and crush it in a food processor. Pour it into a bowl and set aside. Chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside.

2. Pour the minced garlic into the chili powder, then add a little salt, pepper powder, a little light soy sauce and white sesame seeds, mix well and set aside!

3. Pour more oil into the gasoline pot. When the oil temperature reaches 80% to 90% hot, slowly pour the boiled oil into the bowl of mixed chili powder, stirring constantly.

Mix until everything is mixed well. You can add more oil to make red oil, and the chili will not dry out after being left for a long time!

Tips:

Be sure to pay attention to the oil temperature. It should not be too high, otherwise the peppers will burn.

1. Cut off the stems of the red peppers, wash them clean and dry them.

2. Use a blender to grind the washed peppers and put them into a kimchi jar, add salt and marinate. You can also add pepper, five-spice powder, sesame oil, minced ginger, bean curd, etc.

3. It can be eaten after about 10 days.

Tips:

Be careful when handling chili peppers, don't get them in your eyes. I accidentally got them in my eyes, and they were so spicy that I cried and my eyes were swollen.
