Steps for stir-fried cowpea

Stir-fried cowpea is my favorite dish. Next, I will tell you how to make stir-fried cowpea more delicious:

Introduction to Stir-fried Cowpea

Cowpeas provide high-quality protein that is easy to digest and absorb, an appropriate amount of carbohydrates, and a variety of vitamins and trace elements, which can supplement the body's signature nutrients. The vitamin B1 contained in cowpeas can maintain the normal secretion of digestive glands and gastrointestinal motility, inhibit the activity of cholinesterase, help digestion, and increase appetite. The vitamin C contained in cowpeas can promote the synthesis of antibodies and enhance the body's antiviral effect. The phospholipids in cowpeas promote insulin secretion and participate in sugar metabolism, making them an ideal food for diabetics. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cowpeas have the effect of strengthening the spleen and kidneys, and have auxiliary effects on frequent urination, spermatorrhea, and some gynecological functional diseases.
