2. Do not eat unripe tomatoes: Because green tomatoes contain a large amount of toxic tomatine, pregnant women will experience poisoning symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and general fatigue after eating them, which is harmful to the development of the fetus.

3. Do not eat on an empty stomach: tomatoes contain a lot of colloid, fruit quality, persimmon gum powder, soluble astringents, etc. These substances easily react chemically with stomach acid to form insoluble lumps, which block the stomach outlet and cause abdominal pain.
