How to make tomato sauce

Friends who like to eat jam, are you also familiar with the method of making ketchup? Let me introduce it to you below;

Ketchup Introduction

Ketchup is a concentrated product of fresh tomatoes. It is a bright red sauce with a unique tomato flavor. It is a distinctive condiment that is usually not eaten directly. Ketchup is made from ripe red tomatoes that have been crushed, pulped, and the skin, seeds, and other coarse and hard substances removed, then concentrated, canned, and sterilized. Ketchup is often used as a cooking condiment for fish, meat, and other foods. It is a good condiment that adds color, acidity, freshness, and fragrance. The use of ketchup is an important seasoning content that forms the flavor characteristics of Hong Kong and Cantonese cuisine.

Ingredients

Tomatoes Salt Water

Production steps

1 Wash 5 medium-sized tomatoes (about 1000 grams).

2 Cut into thin slices and set aside.

3 Put 2 large bowls of water in the pot, bring to a boil, and add the chopped tomato slices.

4 Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the tomato skin falls off. Use a colander to scoop out the skin.

5 Add 5 teaspoons of salt.

6 Continue to cook the tomatoes until they become a thick sauce, turn off the heat and let cool.

7 Divide the cooled tomato sauce into two prepared glass bottles, cover them tightly, and place them in the refrigerator for use whenever you want.

Tomato sauce tips:

1 Choose fresh and ripe red tomatoes to make jam with beautiful color.

2 If you cannot finish the food in a short time, you can freeze one of the bottles (plastic bottle is recommended) and thaw it in the refrigerator when you need it.

Ketchup for the crowd

It is edible for the general population. It can be eaten directly or used as a seasoning sauce when cooking dishes.

Precautions

Patients with fasting, acute enteritis, bacterial dysentery and ulcers should avoid eating it. Eat in moderation, but don't eat too much.

Kind tips

Apply it as a cleanser on copper products, rub it and the copper products will be as shiny as new; if your hair is damaged by chlorine (for example, soaking in a swimming pool for too long) and has lost its original luster and color, you can pick up a stick of ketchup and pour it on your head, then comb your hair with a comb to let the ketchup "surround" each hair. After 20 minutes, wash it with clean water, you will see unexpected results.
