Seasoning for stir-fried cowpea:

Sesame oil (30g) Soy sauce (30g) Salt (2g) MSG (1g) Rice wine (20g) Salad oil (70g)

How to stir-fry cowpea:

1. Wash the young cowpeas, straighten them along the stems, remove the stems, and cut them into 6 cm long segments, discarding the tips at the end;

2. Wash the mustard tuber and squeeze out the water;

3. Put the pot on high heat, pour in oil and heat it to 70% hot, put in the cowpeas, fry until the skin is wrinkled, remove from the pot and drain the oil;

4. Leave some oil in the pan and put it on the fire. Pour in soy sauce and chopped mustard tuber and stir-fry until fragrant;

5. Add salt, Shaoxing wine, MSG, sesame oil, and cowpea and stir-fry until combined.
