How to cook green beans and shrimp:

1. Shrimp (350g), green peas (half a bowl), egg (1), red pepper (1). Beat an egg, take out the egg white and pour it into the shrimp, add 1/5 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes and then fry.

5. Pour in another 3 tablespoons of oil and heat it up. Add the green beans and diced red peppers and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Pour in the shrimps and add a little cooking wine and stir-fry for another minute.

6. Finally, add salt and stir-fry for a few times to let the green beans and shrimps absorb the flavor, then remove from the pan.
