How to make dry-fried cowpea and braised pork

How to make dry-fried cowpea and roast pork? Many people like to eat it but don’t know how to make it specifically. So here is how to make it:

Ingredients for stir-fried cowpea and roast pork:

150g cowpea 500g pork ribs (streaky pork)

Seasoning for stir-fried cowpea and roast pork:

50g salad oil, 5g salt, 50g cooking wine, 5g ginger, 15g sugar, 30g soy sauce, as appropriate

How to make stir-fried cowpea and pork:

1. Wash the pork belly and put it in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil over high heat;

2. After boiling, cook for a while (remove the blood and foam), remove from the water, and then wash with cold water;

3. Cut the blanched and cleaned meat into small pieces and drain;

4. Heat the pan over high heat, add oil, and sauté ginger slices;

5. Put the meat in and stir-fry until the oil comes out;

6. Add cooking wine and stir-fry;

7. Add soy sauce and stir-fry the meat;

8. Add water until the meat is just covered;

9. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil over high heat;

10. Add sugar and stir well with a spoon;

11. Turn to low heat and cover the pot to simmer;

12. After 15 minutes, uncover and stir-fry, then simmer;

13. After about 15 minutes, when the meat has changed color, add 15 grams of sugar, stir well and continue to simmer;

14. After about 10 minutes, the gravy will become thick;

15. Turn to high heat and stir fry with a spoon until the gravy is thick and the meat is rosy;

16. Remove the two stems of the cowpea, break the cowpea into sections and wash them;

17. Heat oil in a pan, add cowpea segments and stir-fry;

18. Add salt and continue to stir-fry until cooked;

19. Remove from heat and place on plate;

20. Put the braised pork on the fried cowpea.
