Bitter Melon Roasted Meat Ingredients:

250g bitter melon, 250g lean pork, 50g peanut oil, 15g rice wine, 8g sugar, 5g soy sauce, 5g green onion, 5g ginger, 3g MSG.

Bitter melon and braised pork recipe:

1. Wash the pork and cut it into 3 cm square pieces. Wash the bitter gourd, remove the seeds, cut it into cubes, and blanch it in boiling water.

2. Put the wok on the fire, add peanut oil after heating, heat it on high fire until it is 50% to 60% hot, add sugar, rice wine, scallion shreds, ginger shreds, and soy sauce and stir-fry briefly, then add the pork cubes immediately and stir-fry until the skin is tight and red, then add appropriate amount of boiling water, bring to a boil, simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours, add the chopped bitter melon, simmer for 15 minutes, sprinkle with MSG, stir well and serve

1. Chop the tomatoes and bitter gourd, cook the pasta, and after 5 minutes, throw the diced bitter gourd into the pot and cook together for a while.

2. This is all that is left after the shrimp has turned into shrimp meat.

3. Saute the minced garlic and onion first.

4. The shrimps are cooked quickly, so stir-fry them a few times.

5. Stir-fry the bitter melon and pasta mixture, season, and you’re done!
