Steamed loofah with meat filling is a very delicious dish, especially in the cold winter. It is really a very delicious dish. Here is how to make it:

Ingredients for Steamed Loofah with Minced Pork:

300g tender loofah, 80g vermicelli, 50g pork filling, half a green pepper and half a red pepper, 1 scallion, 1 teaspoon (5g) salt, 1 tablespoon (15ml) soy sauce, 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil, 1 teaspoon (5ml) oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon (5ml) white sugar

Steamed loofah with meat filling:

1. Scrape the skin of the loofah, wash it, and cut it into 5cm long sections; use a small spoon or knife to dig a 2-3cm deep hole at one end of the cut loofah.

2. Dice the green and red peppers, cut the green onions into small sections, and chop the ginger for later use; put the vermicelli into water and cook it, then remove it from the water and spread it out on a plate.

3. Add salt and chopped ginger to the pork filling and mix well. Take another small bowl, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to make a sauce and set aside.

4. Stuff the prepared stuffing into the small holes of the loofah and place it on top of the vermicelli. Pour the sauce on top and steam for 10 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with green and red peppers and chopped green onions after serving, and finally drizzle with sesame oil.
