Introduction of Pig Mushroom

Introduction of Pig Mushroom

Any plant has its own biological characteristics, and only by mastering its characteristics can it be better cultivated and managed. So today I will introduce the biological characteristics of Boletus edulis in detail:

Piglet Mushroom Nutrition

The growth and development of Boletus solani requires carbon source, nitrogen source, trace mineral elements and vitamins. The organic substances such as lignin, cellulose contained in sawdust, bagasse, cottonseed hulls, straw, protein, amino acids contained in bran (or rice bran), corn flour, etc., can meet its nutritional needs after reasonable preparation.

Temperature of Pig Mushroom

The optimum temperature for the mycelium growth of Agrocybe molitor is 25-28℃; the fruiting body develops at 23-32℃. It is a high-temperature edible fungus. If the temperature difference is too large during the growth of the fruiting body, the quality of the mushroom body will be poor.

Pig Mushroom Moisture

The water content of the culture medium is 60%-65% during the mycelium growth stage; the relative humidity of the air is 80%-90% during the fruiting body development stage. During the growth period of the Morinda oleracea, the suitable temperature is high, the air moisture evaporates quickly, the demand for water increases, and the moisture content of the covering soil layer is appropriately increased.

Pig Mushroom Oxygen

The mycelium growth stage requires good air conditions, and the formation of primordium after the mycelium is fully grown requires a certain concentration of carbon dioxide. Therefore, when cultivating Morinda oleracea, soil must be covered on the surface of the culture medium to produce mushrooms. The differentiation and development of primordium requires sufficient oxygen, and keeping the air in the cultivation environment fresh can effectively promote the differentiation of primordium and the development of the cap.

Pig's stomach mushroom light

Piglet mushrooms do not need light during the mycelium growth stage, and the culture environment is better in the dark. The formation of the fruiting body primordium requires weak light, and the differentiation of the fruiting body requires appropriate increase in light, which is conducive to improving the yield and quality of the fruiting body. Too weak light is easy to grow into a rod, but direct light and too strong light will inhibit the formation of the fruiting body and reduce the yield.

pH value of mullet

The culture medium of C. chuatsi requires acidic medium, pH 5.5-6.5 after sterilization, mycelium grows rapidly, white, and can form fruiting bodies. If the acid is too strong, below pH 3.2, mycelium will not grow.
