If we want to grow a vegetable but don’t have a certain understanding of its technology, the consequences can be very serious. If we want it to get high yields and better growth, we must understand the cultivation technology. So today I will tell you in detail about the cultivation technology of Phoenix tail mushroom: 1. Make preparations before sowing1. Make beds or nail boxes. Pleurotus ostreatus can be planted in beds or boxes. 2. Prepare the compost. Rice straw, bean stalks, corn cobs, and cottonseed husks can all be used as compost. The rice straw should be cut into small pieces of about 2 cm. Regardless of the compost used, the moisture content after treatment should reach 65-70%. It should also be kept clean and non-toxic. 3. Disinfection: The film, shovel, basket, bucket, metal utensils, glassware, inoculation tools, etc. used to hold the culture medium must be disinfected before use. Generally, soak them in 0.1%-0.2% potassium permanganate solution or 2-5% bleaching powder solution for more than 30 minutes. The culture box and mushroom rack can be washed with the above drug solution. Or spray with more than 2% copper sulfate solution to eliminate miscellaneous bacteria. 4. Prepare the bacteria. 2. SowingFirst, spread white plastic sheet on the bed or in the box, spread the prepared culture medium on the plastic sheet, and sprinkle a layer of fungus sample every 6 cm thick, spread three layers of material, and sprinkle three layers of fungus, then press hard to make the whole fungus and the increase and decrease material completely contact. Finally, use the plastic sheet that was spread on the bed in advance to pack the increase and decrease material blocks after sowing to keep warm and moisturize and promote the growth of mycelium. 3. Post-sowing managementWithin 15 days after sowing, the mycelium will grow in the plastic bag. The temperature in the mushroom house should be kept at 25-27℃. Too high or too low will lead to poor mycelium growth. If dark green, yellow or other fungi appear on the bed, they should be removed and buried as soon as possible. When the temperature is suitable, half a month after sowing, white fungi will cover the bed. At this time, cooling measures should be taken, such as opening windows or sprinkling water to reduce the temperature to 15-20℃, so as to provide conditions for mycelium differentiation and the production of mushroom primordia. When some fungi push out small caps, the plastic sheet should be uncovered in time to strengthen ventilation and provide a certain amount of scattered light. During the fruiting period, the management should solve the contradiction between ventilation and moisture retention. It is necessary to ventilate and keep the surface of the mushroom bed moist, and the relative air temperature should be kept at 80%-905. When ventilating the mushroom house, water should be sprayed on the ground and walls frequently. If the surface of the material is dry, water can be replenished by misting to prevent water from rotting the bed due to direct spraying. 4. HarvestWhen the cap of Fengxuanjuegu mushroom is fully opened and the edge is curled upward, it should be harvested in time. If it grows in clusters, it should be harvested together. After harvesting, stop spraying water immediately and cover with plastic sheet to keep warm and moist to promote the recovery of mycelium. After 3-4 days, uncover the plastic sheet and transfer to normal management of the next batch of mushrooms. |
