Cultivation Technology of Coprinus comatus in Summer

Cultivation Technology of Coprinus comatus in Summer

If you want to cultivate Coprinus comatus in summer, what issues should you pay attention to? Today, I will tell you in detail about the technology of cultivating Coprinus comatus in summer:

1. Build mushroom beds.

This technology is suitable for large-scale production, and the area of the cultivation field is 300-1000 square meters. Dig a mushroom bed with a depth of 0.2 meters, a width of 1.4 meters, and a length of less than 20 meters. The spacing between mushroom beds is more than 0.8 meters. Leave a 4-6 meter wide working road every 6 beds to facilitate vehicle access.

2. Set up a sunshade.

A sunshade is set up 2.5-3 meters above the cultivation field, which is airtight and light-proof. A layer of plastic film is covered on the shed to prevent rain from entering. A layer of sunshade net is covered on top. The edge of the sunshade should be 3 meters higher than the perimeter of the cultivation field to prevent the sun from shining directly on the fungus bed from 9 to 16 o'clock. In spring, long vine-shaped plants are planted around the shed, especially long gourd, chayote, loofah, and pumpkin.

3. Install a humidifying device.

Water spray pipes and one-way spray heads are installed above the sunshade. A row of double-spray head pipes is installed every 4-5 meters inside the sunshade. The function of the spray head is to spray water and keep warm in the space inside the sunshade. The installation should be tested on the spot to ensure that there are no dead corners in the spray. A valve should be installed on each side of the surrounding pipes to close the downwind spray heads when there is wind.

4. Insect prevention measures.

The awning is enclosed with insect-proof nets on all sides to prevent insects from entering.

5. Covering materials:

Use fertile garden soil or fertile soil from the cultivated layer of vegetable greenhouses. Add 200 kg of fermented cow dung, chicken dung and 10 kg of urea to every 1,000 kg of soil, mix thoroughly, spray 600 times of phoxim solution, and then cover with film. After about 5-7 days, open the soil pile, add 30 kg of lime powder, mix well, build a pile, and cover with film. It can be used after 7 days. The amount of covering soil material can be 2 cubic meters per 100 square meters of bed.

6. Cultivation and management.

The base material is processed according to the conventional method, and it is required to be bagged and fermented. Conditions should be created to extend the fermentation time, generally for more than 30 days, and then the bags are removed and placed in the ridge and covered with soil according to the conventional method. Under natural humidity conditions, the average relative humidity of the air under the awning can be maintained at 80%.

7. Notes:

The relative humidity of the air under the sunshade should not be too high, the highest in the middle is 95%, and the relative humidity around is kept at about 75%. Spray water for moisture retention multiple times and in small amounts, and try not to let water droplets accumulate on the fruiting bodies. The thickness of the soil is preferably 2 cm, but if you want to produce large mushrooms, you can cover the soil to 4-5 cm. When the natural wind is strong, you can set up windproof straw thatch or plastic film on the side of the sunshade facing the wind. No measures are required when the wind is 3-4.
