1. Three tablespoons cornmeal

2. Add water and stir until the cornmeal becomes a thin paste

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the casserole. If you don’t like it to be too thin, you can add less water.

4. After the water boils, slowly pour in the cornmeal batter, stirring gently while pouring to prevent the batter from clumping due to the high water temperature.

5. After the cornmeal paste boils, pour it into a bowl and drink it.
