How to make corn tortillas

Today I will tell you how to make corn tortillas. It is very simple and delicious.

Corn tortilla method 1:

Basic ingredients: 250g corn, 100g butter, 400g water, 200g sugar, 50g rice flour, 50g cornstarch, 25g custard powder, 50g cooked sesame, 250g glutinous rice flour, 50g egg, a little golden pigment

Preparation method: 250g corn, 100g yellow butter, 400g water, 200g sugar

Steam the above ingredients for 30 minutes, then add 50 grams of sticky rice flour, 50 grams of cornstarch, 25 grams of custard powder, 50 grams of cooked sesame seeds, 250 grams of glutinous rice flour, 50 grams of egg, and a little golden pigment. Put 70 grams of batter into a frying pan and fry until both sides are golden brown over low heat.

Corn tortilla method 2:

Main ingredients: corn flour, self-raising flour

Accessories: bean flour, carrot, white radish, scallion, coriander, wolfberry, lily

Seasoning: salt, chicken essence, honey, baking soda

Preparation method:

1. Mix corn flour, bean flour and white flour in a ratio of 7:2:1, add a little baking soda and salt, mix with water, add chopped green onion, chopped coriander, shredded white radish and shredded carrot and mix well;

2. Sprinkle a little oil in the electric baking pan, put the mixed noodles in one by one, fry until one side is set, turn it over and brush a layer of oil on it, cover and simmer for a few minutes.

Ingredients: Cornmeal

Accessories: glutinous rice flour, corn kernels, raisins, eggs, milk

Seasoning: sugar, peanut butter, butter

Cooking method

1. Use hot water to mix cornmeal, add glutinous rice flour and mix well, add eggs and milk and mix well, pour into cornmeal, stir into a flowing batter and set aside;

2. Pour corn paste into the pan and fry until one side is browned, spread peanut butter on it, and sprinkle corn kernels and raisins on it.
