Fungus is a fungus food that many people like to eat, so today I will tell you about the prevention and treatment of common diseases and pests of fungus: Disease control1. Use clean water throughout the production process; when mixing materials, increase the pH value appropriately by adding 2 to 3 percent of quicklime. 2. Before inoculation, the inoculation box or room, inoculation bag, fungus, inoculation tools, sealing cotton plugs, disinfectants, etc. should be fumigated and disinfected with 10 ml of formaldehyde and 5 grams of potassium permanganate per cubic meter or 3 to 4 grams of Baoguwang per cubic meter. 3. The culture medium must be sterilized in time after bagging. Normal pressure sterilization should start at 100 degrees Celsius and should be maintained for 8 to 12 hours to ensure thorough sterilization. 4. Check regularly and remove infected strains and cultivation bags in time. Also, ventilate and dry them in time. 5. If a small area of mold occurs during the period when the fungus bag is growing, you can cut open the plastic bag with moldy parts and sprinkle fungus-killing powder or carbendazim solution on the parts for spraying and disinfection. 6. Clean the remaining ears promptly and spray 0.2% carbendazim or bleach solution on the site. 7. For otitis media, in addition to prevention, you can spray 25 units of chloramphenicol (or oxytetracycline) solution per milliliter, or 500 times diluted mancozeb (or thiophanate-methyl) solution. Pest Control1. Maintain good environmental hygiene and eliminate the source of overwintering insects. Dispose of waste and contaminated bags in a timely manner, completely remove garbage and other perishable materials in and around the greenhouse, and spread a layer of lime on the ground. 2. To prevent adult mosquitoes, flies and other insects from entering, install screen windows and doors in the germ-generating room. During the peak period of adult insects, spray the window and door screens with 500 times diluted 80% DDT or 1 jin of 50% wettable trichlorfon with 500 kg of water every 3 to 5 days. 3. Trapping and killing. (1) Put a sweet and sour liquid (0.5 part liquor, 2 parts water, 3 parts brown sugar, 4 parts vinegar) in a porcelain dish, add a few drops of dichlorvos or trichlorfon, and place it in a germinative room or a cultivation room to trap and kill adult springtails. (2) Use a black light or ordinary incandescent lamp to trap adult insects. Place general waste ear or fertilizer extract under the lamp, add a few drops of dichlorvos to trap and kill mosquitoes and flies. 4. Slugs can be killed manually or by mixing calcium arsenate (50:1) with chopped grass and spreading it near the cultivation site in the evening to lure and kill them; nematodes can be killed by fumigation with methyl odor at a concentration of 600 mg per liter. If springtails occur in the cultivation room, pyrethroids can be sprayed for prevention and control. |
