Today I have time to tell you about the prevention and treatment of common diseases of greenhouse fungus: Green mold disease of black fungusSymptoms: When the fungus bags, culture bottles, log inoculation holes and fruiting bodies are infected by green mold, white and slender hyphae will grow on the culture material logs or fruiting bodies in the early stage. After a few days, conidia will be formed. Once the conidia are formed in large quantities or mature, the colony will turn green and powdery. Prevention and treatment: (1) Keep the ear field, ear room and surrounding environment clean and hygienic. (2) The ear room and ear field must be well ventilated and drained. (3) Spray 1% lime water once a day after the ear appears, which has a good anti-mold effect. (4) If green mold occurs on the surface of the culture medium and has not yet penetrated into the medium, scrub the affected area with PH10 lime water to control the growth of green mold. Rotten ears (also known as rotting ears) Symptoms: After the ear pieces mature, they become soft, and even the ear roots begin to dissolve and rot. Prevention and treatment: (1) Strengthen cultivation management to address the causes of ear rot, and pay attention to ventilation, light, etc. (2) Harvest in time, and harvest the ear pieces immediately when they are close to maturity or have matured. (3) Spray 25 mg/kg of chlortetracycline or oxytetracycline solution to prevent ear rot. Anti-mold ear fungus blockCause: Mold contamination of wood ear spawn is an important reason that leads to reduced production and affects product quality. Penicillium and Trichoderma are the most common fungi on wood ear spawn. Anti-mold measures: (1) Select strains with strong anti-mold ability. (2) Select fresh raw materials for summering. (3) Add anti-mold agents to the culture medium. Currently, it is believed that the more effective method is to use 0.1% potassium permanganate aqueous solution or lime water to mix the culture medium. The latter can also prevent the culture medium from being too acidic. (4) Use the already full bottle of fungus to make blocks and dig the bottle. The tools and films for making blocks should be disinfected with 0.1 potassium permanganate solution. Within one week after making blocks, the mycelium has not fully recovered. If mold appears, apply saturated lime water to the affected area. (5) Protect the environment and keep it clean. During the fruiting period, after the first batch of black fungus is harvested, spray the ground with 1% lime water, 1%-2% coal phenol soap solution, or 0.1% carbendazim once every 3-5 days. They can be used interchangeably to control the growth of miscellaneous bacteria. (6) Indoor fungus growth and outdoor fungus production are considered to be an effective anti-mold measure for black fungus block cultivation. (7) Strengthen water management according to the water loss of the mushroom block and air flow. Thrips Damage: The larvae start to harm the wood ear, invading the ear pieces and sucking the juice, causing the ear pieces to shrink, and in severe cases causing runny ears. Prevention and control: Spray with 500-1000 times 40% dimethoate emulsion, 1000-1500 times 50% wettable powder of trichlorfon, or 1500 times malathion. Pseudo-walking beetle Damage: Adults gnaw on the outer layer of the ear pieces, larvae damage the ear roots of the ear pieces, or drill into the inoculation holes to eat the ear buds, and the damaged ear roots will no longer produce ears. Dry ears stored in storage can still be damaged after they are damp again. Prevention and control: Remove dead branches and leaves from the cultivation site and spray 200 times of dichlorvos solution to kill latent pests. When pests occur in large numbers, remove the ear pieces first, then spray with 1000-1500 times of dichlorvos solution; you can also use 500-800 times of dervine essence, 500-800 times of pyrethrum emulsion, 1500 times of malathion for prevention and control, and you can also use 1000-2000 times of 50% wettable trichlorfon solution to soak the logs. |
