Steps to cook chopped pepper fish head

1. After processing the fish head, drain the water, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt on the thick part of the meat, and add some shredded ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.

2 Place the fish head on a plate, spread the chopped pepper evenly on the fish head, and then add some ginger slices and scallion segments.

3 Pour water into the steamer and bring to a boil over high heat. Place the fish head into the steamer and continue steaming over high heat for 15-20 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not rush to open the lid. Leave the fish in the pot and steam for 6 minutes.

4 After the fish head is served, remove the ginger slices and scallions on the chopped pepper, and discard the soup in the plate. Add some chopped scallions and thinly shredded ginger, and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.

5 Heat the oil in a pan again until it smokes slightly, then pour the hot oil on the fish head.

2. Sprinkle some salt on the thicker parts of the fish in advance to make it easier to absorb the flavor.
