Materials for making red grape wine

When making red grape wine at home, you need to prepare an appropriate amount of red grapes, a basin, a plate and a bottle, as well as an appropriate amount of sugar, table salt and water.

Specific steps for brewing red grape wine

1. Remove all the grapes from the prepared red grapes. Be careful not to damage the skin of the red grapes when removing them. After removing the red grapes, put them in a basin, add clean water, add a small amount of salt and mix well, then soak them. After soaking for half an hour, take them out and remove the water. This will remove all the residual pesticides on the surface of the red grapes.

2. Put the processed red grapes in a bowl, crush them with your hands, let the pulp and seeds inside all squeeze into the bowl, then add white sugar. The ratio of red grapes to white sugar should be five to one. After adding the white sugar, stir well to let the white sugar dissolve completely, and then put them into the prepared bottle together. Here you should pay attention to fill the bottle to two-thirds full, and reserve space for fermentation.

3. Seal the bottle and place it in a cool place for fermentation. In the summer when the temperature is high, the fermentation can be completed in more than 20 days. If the temperature is low, it will take a few more days. The longer the storage time, the stronger the red grape wine will taste. After the red grape wine is fermented, open the bottle and filter it, remove all the peels and seeds inside, and you will get homemade red grape wine.
