2. Stir-fried potherb mustard with lily: 300g pickled potherb mustard, 200g fresh lily. Wash the potherb mustard, wring out the water, cut it into very thin pieces, and wash the lily for later use. Heat the pan, add sesame oil, and when the oil is 50% hot, add the potherb mustard and stir-fry. After 2-3 minutes, add the lily and stir-fry together. Add a little water, add appropriate amount of refined salt for seasoning, and cook on high heat until the lily is cooked, then remove from the pan and serve. This dish has the effects of detoxification, swelling, clearing heat and relieving restlessness. 3. Stir-fried shredded pork with snow mustard greens: 300 grams of pickled snow mustard greens, 100 grams of meat and small winter bamboo shoots each. Wash and cut the snow mustard greens into shreds, put them into the pot and fry until dry, then put them on a plate for later use; cut the pork into thin shreds and dice the winter bamboo shoots. After the pot is heated, add vegetable oil. When the oil is half hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the raw smell is gone. Then add the small bamboo shoots and stir-fry for several times. 4. Snow vegetable soup: 300g snow vegetable, 50g fresh mushrooms, 100g minced meat, and a bowl of water tofu. 5. Potherb mustard greens with bean curd leaves: 300g potherb mustard greens, 1 bunch of bean curd leaves (about 10 leaves), 2 peppers, 1 tablespoon of lye powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Preparation: 1. Melt the lye powder in 1/2 basin of warm water, put in bean curd leaves and soak until soft and white, remove and rinse with cold water repeatedly. 2.
