2. Wash the Amaranth and drain the water. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put the Amaranth in the pot and blanch it for two minutes. Take it out and put it in cold water for a while. Then take it out and drain the water for later use.

3. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, peel the garlic and cut it into minced garlic, put them into the washed Amaranth, add the prepared seasoning and mix well, finally add sesame oil to enhance the flavor, and the healthy cold Amaranth is ready.
