Steps to cook spicy dry beans

1. Clean the long beans, remove the insect-bitten parts and the two ends, then cut into small pieces of about five centimeters, wash them with clean water, and drain the moisture.

2. Chop the ginger into minced ginger and put it together with the chopped green onion for later use. Chop the pork belly into minced meat for later use. Cut the dried chili into sections for later use.

3. Put more oil in the pot, heat it up, put the processed beans in, and take them out after frying. The oil temperature should not be too high when frying the beans, otherwise the beans will change color.

4. Leave some oil in the pan, then add the minced ginger and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the minced pork belly, stir-fry until cooked, and move to one side of the pan. Add the dried chili and bean paste to the oil on the other side and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Pour the fried beans into the pot and mix well with all the seasonings. Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence for seasoning. It is best to serve it on a plate right after it is out of the pot.
