1. Stir-fried black fungus and day lily is a dish with black fungus and day lily as the main ingredients, but these two ingredients are dry goods and need to be soaked in advance before eating. Prepare 30 grams of dried black fungus and 100 grams of dried day lily.

2. Soak the fungus and day lily in warm water separately, take them out after three to five hours, wash them, then remove their old and hard parts and impurities, and squeeze out the water.

3. Prepare chopped green onion and minced garlic, then put oil in the pot. After the oil rises, you can add chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry. After you smell the aroma, you can add the processed fungus.
