Appropriate amount of fine salt, a large spoonful of balsamic vinegar, a small spoonful of sesame oil, a small spoonful of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of soy sauce.

How to make black fungus soaked in vinegar

1. Peel the garlic and cut it into minced pieces. Cut the red pepper into small circles. Then wash the onion and celery and cut them into dices for later use.

2. Rub the soaked black fungus with salt, remove the dead stems at the roots, and then wash it with clean water.
