1. Cut the dried tofu into thin strips

2. Cut celery into segments

3. Bring the water to a boil and add the celery sticks

4. Add celery leaves after 20 seconds

5. Add a small spoonful of vegetable oil to the pot immediately

6. After 10 seconds, take the celery out of the pot and immediately rinse it with water

7. Heat the pan with cold oil and add the dried tofu and stir-fry

8. Add celery and stir-fry

9. Quickly add salt and sugar and stir fry again

1. Blanch the celery stalks quickly before frying, which will make them crisper and more flavorful.

2. Celery leaves are very bitter, so they should also be blanched in water, but the time should be very short. You can take them out after they are soaked in water;
