Steps to make mussel and shrimp porridge

1. Wash the prepared japonica rice with clean water, and then soak it in clean water. The soaking time should be about three to four hours.

2. Clean the prepared shrimps, remove the shrimp threads, and then cut into small pieces. Clean the mussels in advance, remove the celery leaves and cut into fine pieces.
