150g dried shrimp, 50g green bamboo shoots, 400g pearl rice. Ingredients: 5g dried shrimp, 50g Chinese cabbage, 1 egg, a pinch of salt. 120g rice, 20g dried shrimp, 2 eggs

Seasoning

5 grams of salt, 6 grams of MSG, 10 grams of sesame oil, 15 grams of lard, and 20 grams of green onion.

Steps to make baby shrimp porridge

Method 1:

1. Wash the dried shrimps and bamboo shoots separately, cut the bamboo shoots into small pieces, clean the pearl rice, and wash and cut the green onions into flowers;

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add pearl rice and cook over high heat until the porridge is cooked.

3. Add bamboo shoots, dried shrimps, melted lard and salt and cook into porridge. Add MSG and sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onions and mix well.

Method 2:

1. Soak the dried shrimps and wash them.

2. Soak the rice for half an hour in advance.

3. Heat a non-stick pan, pour in the dried shrimps, and stir-fry until dry and fragrant.

4. Add rice after the water boils, turn to low heat after boiling, add dried shrimps after they bloom, and finally add egg liquid and bring to a boil.
