1. How to make red bean paste and yellow rice jelly

Step 1: 500 grams of yellow rice, 500 grams of red bean paste, 60 grams of white sugar, 10 grams of green and red shredded pork, 10 grams of golden cake, and 10 grams of melon strips.

Step 2: Wash and soak the yellow rice, steam it and put it into a large bowl, add water, stir evenly and steam it again. After two times, the yellow rice will be soft and tough.

Step 3: Wrap the yellow rice with a wet cloth and knead it into a ball.
