1. Ingredients of Chaoshan Yipin Seafood Porridge

50 grams of rice, a little pickled vegetables, 15 scallops, 150 grams of Arctic shrimp, two stalks of celery, and one scallion.

2. How to make Chaoshan seafood porridge

Step 1: Rinse the scallops with clean water and soak them in warm water for at least two hours.

Step 2: Wash the pickles with light salt water, then drain and cut into pickle pieces.

Step 3: Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for half an hour.

Step 4: Clean the shells of Arctic shrimp and set aside.

Step 5: Wash the celery and cut it into celery chops for later use.
