The main ingredients used in mushroom and chicken porridge are rice, chicken breast and mushrooms, and an appropriate amount of coriander.

2. How to make mushroom chicken porridge

Step 1: Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for 20 minutes before cooking the porridge. You can add a few drops of sesame oil to the porridge.

Step 2: Wash the chicken breast, cut it into strips and put it into a bowl. Knead it lightly with salt to increase the base flavor.

Step 3: Add some cooking wine to the chicken to further flavor it and marinate for a while.

Step 4: Cut the ginger into shreds and put it into a pot of water and bring to a boil.

Step 5: Put the chicken into the boiling ginger water and simmer, while removing the foam floating on the surface.
