2. Stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots

There are many ways to cook dried bamboo shoots, and it is especially delicious when stir-fried with meat. You can prepare 400 grams of dried bamboo shoots and 200 grams of pork. Soak the bamboo shoots in clean water in advance, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Wash and slice the pork as well. Dried bamboo shoots are also delicious when made into soup. You can make it together with duck meat. It requires 100 grams of dried bamboo shoots and 300 grams of duck meat. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in clean water for three hours, then remove the old bamboo shoots and cut them into cubes. Cut the old duck meat into pieces, blanch it in boiling water, put it into the pot with the soaked bamboo shoots, add clean water and boil it. After boiling, simmer it on medium and low heat for three hours. Add salt and chives to season. The homemade old duck dried bamboo shoot soup is ready to be eaten.
