2. Processing of pickled whole pepper ingredients

When pickling whole peppers, wash the peppers, leave the stems, and cut them with scissors, preferably the pointed end. Wash the carrots and cut them into cubes or cut into slices. Wash the ginger and peel the garlic, cut them all into slices and mix them with the peppers and carrots. Wash the peanuts, steam them, and then soak them in hot water for half an hour. Remove the peanut skins and set aside.

After preparing the ingredients, put salt, light soy sauce, salad oil, sugar, MSG, white wine and other seasonings into the pot and boil them.
