Some time ago, my cousin's wife gave us some plum wine that she brewed herself. We thought it was delicious. I said that my uncle had high blood pressure, and I heard that plum wine could soften blood vessels and lower blood pressure, and it also has beauty benefits. So I asked my cousin's wife to teach me how to make it when she is free.

Originally, this plum wine was made as early as May, and I wanted to record it, but for some reason Haodou was unable to upload the picture, so it was not recorded until now.

I have tried plum wine. It has no salt, but it tastes slightly salty for some reason. Of course, the plum flavor is very strong. I can't find bayberries now, so I don't want to drink it...

First wash the bayberry and put it on a dustpan to drain the water. Then, remember not to touch the oil with anything else.

How to make plum wine

After draining the water from the bayberry, I found a wine jar. I happened to have a glass jar at home, so I used it as a wine jar. Haha

Pour all the bayberry and rock sugar into the wine jar. Before pouring the ingredients into the wine jar, wash the jar clean and let the water in the jar dry, otherwise the wine will become moldy.

Then pour all 10 jin of rice wine into the wine jar, soak the bayberry and rock sugar, I didn't know how many degrees of rice wine there were when I bought it, the wine my mother brought back was 20 degrees, I had already poured all the wine in, then I remembered to ask my cousin's wife what degree it was, my cousin's wife said she brewed 40 degrees of wine, I thought mine would be soaked, fortunately, 20 degrees of wine is also fine, this is better, 40 degrees of wine is too high, drink too much will get drunk?

The last step is to seal it and wait for a month. After a month, it becomes plum wine.

Of course, the wine becomes more mellow as it ages...
