How to make egg ham vegetable porridge

1. Wash the rice and soak it for more than two hours (you can soak it before going to bed at night);

2. Cut the greens into sections, and dice the carrots and pork belly;

3. Put the rice into the pot and add water to cook into porridge (add more water than usual);

4. Add the greens and carrot cubes, and then add the ham cubes after five minutes;

Level 1 legs: The legs are neat and tidy with little oily hair.

Level 2 legs: thick claws, slightly thicker skin, slightly inferior taste, and neat shape.

Level 3 legs: The legs and claws are thick, roughly processed, slightly damaged and slightly smelly.

Grade 4 ham: This is the inferior grade of ham, which has a strange smell, is roughly processed, has thick skin on the feet, has exposed bones, and is of poor quality. After understanding the grade of the ham, you should also have some understanding of the quality of the ham, and pay attention to the following aspects.
