How to make stir-fried lettuce and meat

1. Dice the pepper, slice the ginger and garlic; cut the lettuce into diamond-shaped slices.

2 Next, cut the meat. Separate the lean and fat parts of the meat and slice the lean meat. Also cut the fat into thin slices.
