How to make taro pork ribs porridge

1. Peel and clean the taro, cut into dices and set aside; chop the ribs into small pieces with a knife and set aside.

2. Heat a pan with oil, fry the taro and pork ribs over high heat until cooked, then remove from the pan, drain and set aside.

3. Take a wok, add dried shrimps and fry until fragrant, then add bone broth and ingredients from step 2, continue to boil the broth over medium heat.
