How to make taro and snail porridge

1. Wash and peel the taro, cut into cubes and set aside. Wash and dry the snail meat, chop the ginger (partly slice it), and chop the green onion.

2. Wash the rice, add a little salt and oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour. Add chopped ginger, light soy sauce, oil and pepper to the snail meat, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

3. Add appropriate amount of water and a few slices of ginger to the rice and boil over high heat until the rice pops (30-45 minutes).
