1. When pickling shredded ginger, you need to prepare 100 grams of fresh young ginger, appropriate amount of oil, salt, chili oil and light soy sauce.

2. Wash the prepared young ginger and cut it into thin strips. Then put it in a bowl, add salt and marinate for half an hour. Pour out the marinade water, add light soy sauce, cooking oil and chili oil and mix well. After mixing, it can be eaten directly.

1. When pickling shredded ginger, you can prepare 500 grams of fresh young ginger, an appropriate amount of vinegar, and an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, and light soy sauce.

2. Wash the young ginger with clean water, cut it into thin strips, add salt and marinate it. After the water is marinated out, pour it out, then add sugar and marinate for half an hour. This will make the ginger strips more crisp and tender.

3. After the shredded ginger is marinated with sugar, add soy sauce and vinegar and mix well. Marinate for half an hour, take it out, add sesame oil to enhance the flavor, and then serve directly on a plate.

4. If you want the pickled ginger shreds to taste good, you must choose fresh and tender ginger or young ginger. Old ginger is not suitable for pickling ginger shreds.
