20g carrot, 30g celery, 5g ginger, 45g skinless chicken breast, 30g white rice, 30g corn kernels, 1 bowl of broth, 1 bowl of water, a pinch of salt

Chicken and corn porridge recipe

1. Wash the carrots and cut into small cubes; remove the leaves and roots of the celery, wash and cut into celery beads; wash and peel the ginger, grind it into ginger powder for later use; wash the skinless chicken breast and cut it into chicken mince; wash the white rice and soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes for later use.

2. Add broth, water, rice, diced carrots and minced ginger to a soup pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add minced chicken, corn kernels and a little salt and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

3. Before serving, add the celery beads and cook for about 1 minute before turning off the heat.
