Main ingredients: 100g polished rice, auxiliary ingredients: 45g peanut kernels (raw), 30g yam (dried), seasoning: 30g rock sugar

How to make peanut porridge

1. Crush the peanuts and yam separately;

2. Cook peanuts, yam and glutinous rice together into porridge;

3. When cooked, add rock sugar and mix well.

Health Tips

It replenishes qi and blood, strengthens the spleen and moistens the lungs, and promotes lactation. It is suitable for people with qi deficiency, blood deficiency and insufficient milk after childbirth.
