Multigrain Yam and Lotus Seed Porridge

For the multi-grain yam and lotus seed porridge, we can guess that yam and lotus seeds are both very nutritious. When the two are added together, the nutritional value of the porridge becomes self-evident.

Multigrain Yam and Lotus Seed Porridge

I usually like to cook porridge at home. As we all know, drinking porridge regularly is good for the body and easy to digest. Multi-grain porridge has many benefits. The perfect combination with beans is a low-fat and delicious healthy porridge. Its high fiber has a more prominent therapeutic effect~~ Job's tears have a spleen-strengthening effect, yam has a spleen-strengthening effect, and lotus seeds also benefit the spleen and stomach----the combination of the three can enhance the spleen and stomach!

How to make multigrain yam and lotus seed porridge

1. Rinse the prepared porridge ingredients and soak them in water for about 2 hours. Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces.

2 Pour the soaked ingredients into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water

3. Do not use a pressure cooker. Cook the porridge over high heat first, then turn to low heat after boiling and cook for another 60 minutes.

Please note: except for yam, other materials must be soaked in water, otherwise it will be difficult to cook. It will taste better if you put a few crystal sugar in the porridge that is almost cooked. When peeling the yam, it is best to take it once.

Tips
