Multigrain Yam and Lotus Seed Porridge

I usually like to cook porridge at home. As we all know, drinking porridge regularly is good for the body and easy to digest. Multi-grain porridge has many benefits. The perfect combination with beans is a low-fat and delicious healthy porridge. Its high fiber has a more prominent therapeutic effect~~ Job's tears have a spleen-strengthening effect, yam has a spleen-strengthening effect, and lotus seeds also benefit the spleen and stomach----the combination of the three can enhance the spleen and stomach!
